The Company agrees to provide a monthly beer allowance to all benefit service employees of five dozen per month.
Employees must pick up their beer allowance in person. Beer allowances are not transferable to other persons. In exceptional circumstances the employee may make other arrangements with management.
Beer allowance will continue for a maximum period of two years for benefit employees absent from active service.
