Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 12, Section 1(a), the Company may use union and/or non-union common carriers for the purposes of delivering new glass that is direct shipped from the supplier to the Vancouver Brewery, for cans shipped to the Brewery and for full goods shipped from the Brewery to locations outside of B.C. for the term of this collective agreement, providing such shipments will not take any work away from Local 300.
