During negotiations, the programming for the Brewhouse Automation Capital Project was a work in progress. Once the programming in the Brewhouse is complete, the Brewhouse panel will operate with one Brewer starting on the night shift and on a trial basis. After a successful trial period, the Brewhouse panel will operate with one Brewer on each of the remaining two shifts. A fourth Brewer will be used outside of the Brewhouse panel to assist in setting up the three other Brewers. It is intended that this fourth Brewer will be scheduled primarily on day shift, subject to material delivery and efficient operation of the brewing department.
