The Guaranteed Wage Plan which is a supplement to the Agreement as amended shall continue in effect up to and including November 20, 2012. The Guaranteed Wage Plan is intended to provide assistance for certain eligible employees who are laid off as a result of the application of the layoff provisions of this Agreement and is not to be construed as authorization to alter existing layoff practices.
