It is hereby agreed and understood that the Union has voluntarily ceded its jurisdictional rights over the Brewing and Brewhouse related work, but only on the understanding that said work will be utilized solely for marketing and experimental purposes and that this equipment shall not be utilized to augment the Granville Island Brewing Company brands brewed in Kelowna, BC.
