In the event the Company requires additional employees, the Company will co-operate with the Union in that at the time of a new vacancy, it shall request the Union to provide suitable employees before taking independent action to obtain new employees.
The procedures shall be through the Union Steward who will be given a reasonable amount of time to supply candidates for consideration.
