ARTICLE XIV
UNIFORMS AND FOOTWEAR
Section 1
The Employer agrees to provide employees with the following uniforms and replace same in the event of wear and tear:

Inside Seniority List Employees Outside Seniority List Employees
Section 2
  1. Upon presentation of receipts, the Employer will pay the cost of safety footwear as approved by the Employer to a maximum of $200.00 annually. To meet the required approval standards, all such footwear must have steel toe caps and puncture resistant soles (green patch).
Section 3
The Company shall provide rain jackets to employees, if required, and work gloves. These will be replaced by the Company on an exchange basis.

Section 4
Effective January 1, 2003, where a temporary employee works for the Company in excess of 500 hours in any calendar year, he shall receive a safety boot allowance of fifty dollars ($50.00) and two (2) T-shirts.
