Employees who have completed their probationary period when laid off shall receive two (2) weeks' notice or two (2) weeks' pay in lieu of notice should it be anticipated that said layoff will be for two (2) months or longer.
All layoff notices shall be in writing with one copy to the Shop Steward with the date layoff notice is given.
