INCOME TAX DEDUCTIONS, WEEKLY INDEMNITY AND LTD PAYMENTS
The Company shall instruct the plan administors to deduct income tax from Weekly Indemnity and Long Term Disability cheques as long as the employee provides authorization to the plan administors to make the deductions.
