14.01       This Agreement shall remain in force until April 20, 2009 and thereafter from year to year, unless either party serves notice of termination on the other party hereto within four [4] months prior to the 20th day of April 2009 or if such notice has not then been served, within four [4] months prior to the 20th day of April in any year subsequent thereto.

14.02       Subsection (2) and (3) of Section 50 of the Labour Relations Code are excluded.
