Notwithstanding Article 7.01, it is mutually agreed that a maximum of 39 employees at Braid Street shall be entitled to two [2] weeks of vacation between the week in which June 15 falls and the week in which August 31 falls, inclusive, with the exception of the following:

• A maximum of thirty four (34) employees during the week in which July 1 falls;
  
  
• A maximum of thirty (30) employees during the week in which British Columbia Day falls;
  
  
• A maximum of thirty (30) employees during the week immediately following the week in which British Columbia Day falls;
  
  
• A minimum of thirty (30) employees shall be entitled to two (2) weeks of vacation during the week in which Christmas occurs.

The parties agree to meet in December of each year to review and adjust, if necessary, the above vacation caps with regard to operational feasibility.
