LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING NO. 6
BRANCH MANNING
During the term of this Agreement the parties agree that the minimum number of core regular benefit status employees during the period a branch is in operation shall be:
Kelowna - 11
Victoria - 9
Nanaimo - 13
If the number of regular benefit status employees drops below the core number, the Company will move the senior casual employee to regular benefit status. This core number shall be reviewed annually by both parties and upon mutual agreement may increase or decrease in response to changes in volumes or methods of operation. The review will primarily consider any significant additional new business and any changes in volume or methods of operations.
